Why are Soul Readings an hour?

When sitting down for a Soul Reading I like to give myself and the person I am with forty five minutes to an hour to dive in. Soul Readings are a time of connection with one another, and a time to slow down. The length of time offers a moment to sit in stillness and be present to what is coming from our hearts. The space offers an in between to sit with something more to connect with what we are looking for - find it within ourselves. It can be similar to journaling, when we look back at what we wrote or take a moment to stop, and make sure we are going in the direction that flows for us. 

This is such a rushed world that we are in, and we are asked to stay so busy. I think we are also in the habit of requiring a quick fix, that we can do something that will shift what is happening and make something go away, so the concern is resolved. When we sit for a Soul Reading, we are sitting with the intentional time for everything to come together.

During a reading, I hope to give time to all of the questions that come through and allow a Soul Reading to be a container, a space where we feel full.
