Services Provided:

  • I agree that my participation in and use of the Company’s services (such services, “Soul Readings”) is completely voluntary, and that the Company is not responsible for any outcomes or responses, reactions, changes within my life, or any other results or actions associated with my Soul Readings. I hereby release the Company from any and all liability and responsibility for any actions and/or decisions that I choose to take or make based on the Soul Reading offered. 

  • I understand the Company is not acting as a coach, social worker, counselor, or medical or mental health provider and is not offering legal or financial advice.

Eligibility:

By using this website or booking services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You are legally able to enter into a binding contract

  • All information you provide is accurate and truthful

Booking and Payments:

  • All sessions must be booked through Calendly by emailing julie@rosemary-and-sage.com.

  • Payment is required in advance via Stripe, our secure payment provider.

  • Prices are listed in US dollars, and we reserve the right to change them at any time.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • You may cancel or reschedule a session without incurring any liability for payment as long as you do so with at least 24 hours’ prior notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Confidentiality:

All information shared during Soul Readings is kept strictly confidential, except in cases where:

  • There is a risk of harm to yourself or others

Disclaimers:

  • Soul Readings is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any mental or physical illness.

  • Results vary from person to person. We make no guarantees of outcomes.

  • You are responsible for your own actions, decisions, and results during and after Soul Readings.

  • Soul Readings are not legal, financial, health, relational, mental, educational or sports related advice.

Intellectual Property:

  • All content on this website (including text, images, logos, videos, and digital downloads) is the property of Company and is protected by copyright laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability:

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website or services.
